Clara Wang is a litigation and trial associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Wang represents companies in complex litigation involving data privacy and cybersecurity issues defends companies in regulatory investigations and inquiries regarding privacy, cybersecurity, and consumer protection issues. Ms. Wang regularly counsels technology companies on data privacy issues related to product development. Ms. Wang also advises companies on cybersecurity risk and incident response.
