Claire Bradford Di Caro is a corporate associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Growth Practice.

Ms. Bradford Di Caro represents emerging companies and venture capital funds in a broad range of transactions, including general corporate formation and governance matters, preferred stock financings, and mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Bradford Di Caro received her JD, cum laude, from Brigham Young University J. Reuben Clark Law School, where she was recognized as the recipient of the J. Reuben Clark Award, the Faculty Award for Meritorious Achievement and Distinguished Service, the John S. Welch Award for Outstanding Legal Writing, and the A.H. Christensen Memorial Award for Excellency in Advocacy. While in law school, Ms. Bradford Di Caro was an executive editor of the J. Reuben Clark Journal of Public Law and the national winner of the ABA National Appellate Advocacy Competition on the Rex E. Lee Moot Court Team. She also clerked for Justice Constandinos Himonas of the Utah Supreme Court.

Before joining Latham in Boston, Ms. Bradford Di Caro worked in capital markets in Frankfurt, Germany.
