Charles Louis Shier is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Practice.
Mr. Shier represents private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies, and other private and public companies in leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, dispositions, and other corporate transactions. Mr. Shier also advises civic organizations and nonprofits on a variety of legal issues.
Mr. Shier graduated from Harvard Law School. Prior to law school Mr. Shier earned his BBA from a top Canadian business school.
