Celia Mishra

Celia Mishra is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Mishra earned her JD and Business Law Certificate from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While attending law school, she served as executive editor for the Southern California Law Review. She also served as an LLM legal writing program fellow and as a Business Organizations course teaching assistant. Additionally, she served as a supervisor for the USC Small Business Clinic.

Prior to joining Latham full-time, Ms. Mishra was a summer associate in the Los Angeles office.
