Carolyn Homer

Carolyn M. Homer is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Homer represents technology companies in intellectual property matters. Her work particularly focuses on copyright, internet, and First Amendment litigation.

Prior to joining Latham in January 2020, Ms. Homer spent two years engaged in constitutional law litigation at a DC advocacy non-profit. Ms. Homer had previously worked for five and a half years as an intellectual property litigation associate at a Silicon Valley firm.
