Bryon Eagon is an associate in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Real Estate Practice.
Mr. Eagon advises clients on real estate transactions involving acquisitions, dispositions, finance, and development. He represents real estate investors, private equity funds, hospitality operators, joint ventures, borrowers, lenders, and REITs in various classes of real estate, including hotels, office, healthcare, industrial, apartments, and mixed-use developments.
Mr. Eagon maintains an active pro bono practice counseling non-profit organizations.
While in law school, Mr. Eagon served as Editor-in-Chief of the Wisconsin Law Review and was part of the Moot Court Board as well as the UW Law & Entrepreneurship Clinic.
Prior to law school, Mr. Eagon taught middle school in New York City through Teach for America. As an undergraduate, he was elected as an Alderperson and served on the City of Madison Common Council.
