Beverly Cheung is an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Ms. Cheung represents private and public companies and their investors throughout the business lifecycle.

Prior to joining Latham, Beverly was a corporate associate at a leading Canadian law firm where she advised clients on a variety of capital markets transactions, private placements of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Beverly also completed a secondment at one of Canada’s leading national banks.

While attending law school, Beverly was awarded the Langlois Prize by the Canadian Bar Association for the best scholarly paper on business law.

Prior to attending law school, Beverly worked in finance at a global manufacturer of consumer packaged goods.

Beverly currently serves as a Board Member of ABC Life Literacy Canada.
