Ben Wright is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Wright is a member of the firm’s market-leading Banking Practice and specialises in advising private equity sponsors and corporate borrowers on a wide range of financing transactions, including complex cross-border acquisition and leveraged financings, syndicated term loan financings, private credit financings, bridge-to-bond financings, holdco financings, refinancings, post-IPO and investment grade financings, and other secured lending transactions.
