Austin Wruble is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Finance Department and the Project Development & Finance Practice.
Mr. Wruble represents sponsors, developers, lenders, and equity investors in the development, construction, and financing of energy and infrastructure projects, including solar, wind, battery storage, clean technology, and other renewable energy projects.
Mr. Wruble maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals seeking asylum and organizations promoting human rights initiatives.
Mr. Wruble earned his JD from the University of Virginia, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Virginia Law & Business Review and on the Board of the Virginia Environmental Law Forum. He also holds an MBA from the University of Virginia.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Mr. Wruble worked as a management consultant at the Boston Consulting Group and in legal and business roles with renewable energy developers.
