Asif Attarwala is a finance associate in the Restructuring & Special Situations Practice in the Chicago office of Latham & Watkins.
Mr. Attarwala advises debtors, investors, acquirers, private equity sponsors, and other creditors in distressed situations and in and out-of-court restructurings. He represents domestic and global clients in a variety of industries.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Attarwala worked at a leading international law firm practicing all aspects of restructuring, insolvency, and bankruptcy law, with a focus on representing debtors in chapter 11 cases.
