Ashley E. Dunn

Ashley Dunn is a corporate associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Dunn advises clients ranging from mature public companies to early-stage private companies in corporate and financing matters, including:

• Offerings for public companies, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, at-the-market offerings, and private investments in public entities
• Public company representation and securities law compliance
• Corporate governance for early-stage private companies
• Preferred equity financings for early-stage private companies

While in law school, Ms. Dunn served as a managing editor of the Boston College Intellectual Property and Technology Forum.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Dunn worked as a legal intern at two Boston-area life sciences companies and as a law clerk at a firm in Boston.
