Anthony James Ayres

Anthony J. Ayres is an associate in the Corporate Department of the London office of Latham & Watkins, and a member of the Capital Markets Practice. 

He advises clients on corporate transactions, including issuers and initial purchasers in connection with securities offerings. 

Prior to joining the firm, Anthony was a litigation associate with Carlsmith Ball LLP in Honolulu, Hawaii, where he represented businesses in commercial and real estate litigation.

Anthony received his law degree at the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the Georgetown Journal of International Law. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in political science from Santa Clara University.
