Anna Cloke is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Cloke advises clients on all aspects of employment, remuneration, and incentives matters. She also represents clients and assists deal teams in M&A transactions in relation to UK employment and share incentives due diligence.

Ms. Cloke maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals under the UK government's Windrush Compensation Scheme.
