Anna Cloke is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Cloke advises clients on all aspects of employment, remuneration, and incentives matters. 

Ms. Cloke also represents clients and assists deal teams in M&A transactions in relation to UK employment, pensions, and share incentives due diligence. 

Ms. Cloke maintains an active pro bono practice, including representing individuals under the UK government's Windrush Compensation Scheme.

Ms. Cloke's experience includes advising:

  • Farfetch on its global strategic partnership with Alibaba Group and Richemont, to provide luxury brands with enhanced access to the China market and accelerating the digitization of the global luxury industry
  • One of Asia’s largest and most diversified conglomerates following the lapse of a US$2 billion M&A deal during the global pandemic
  • An Asian multinational in a London-seated LCIA arbitration arising from the collapse of a global private equity firm, including advising on complex fraud claims and the termination of a joint venture
  • One of the world’s largest financial exchanges defending a series of breach of warranty claims by the purchaser of a voice broking business
