Ani Avagyan is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Latham & Watkins.

Ms. Avagyan represents emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, and growth investors within the technology, life sciences, and other growth industries. Ms. Avagyan guides companies in all stages of the lifecycle, from formation and financings through exit planning. Ms. Avagyan also represents venture capital and private equity firms, as well as strategic acquirers in connection with their investments and M&A transactions. Ms. Avagyan has handled dozens of venture capital financings and M&A transactions and serves as a trusted advisor to clients on various day-to-day general corporate governance matters.

While attending law school, Ms. Avagyan was a member of the Corporate Lab, a transactional-focused clinic, working on cutting edge projects for multinational companies.
