Andrii Fokin is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and is a member of the Banking Practice.
Mr. Fokin’s experience includes advising sponsors, corporate borrowers, banks, and other financial institutions across a broad range of finance transactions, with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition financings.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Fokin trained and qualified at a leading international law firm where he gained experience working on acquisition finance, general corporate finance, and fund finance.
