D. Andrew Rondeau is a corporate associate in the Boston office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Rondeau represents private equity clients and private companies in complex transactions across multiple sectors, including healthcare and life sciences, finance, and technology. He regularly advises clients on:

  • Mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts and cross-border acquisitions
  • Preferred equity and convertible debt investments
  • Growth equity and venture capital financings
  • Corporate governance matters

In addition, Mr. Rondeau maintains an active pro bono practice, representing non-profit organizations and individual clients in a variety of matters ranging from corporate governance and transactions to immigration and asylum. He also serves as local office leader for the firm’s First Generation Professionals Group.

While in law school, Mr. Rondeau served as the Executive Comments Editor for the University of Chicago Legal Forum.
