Anastasia Sheyndlina is an associate in the Corporate Department of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.

Ms. Sheyndlina advises clients, including issuers operating across various industries and underwriters, on a broad range of international equity and debt capital markets transactions, as well as on related advisory and general corporate matters.

Ms. Sheyndlina is Russian law qualified and has developed a particular experience advising clients across the CIS region.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Sheyndlina practiced in the capital markets group of another major international law firm.

Ms. Sheyndlina’s experience includes advising:

  • Kaspi.kz, the largest payments, marketplace and fintech ecosystem in Kazakhstan, in connection with the US$1 billion IPO of GDRs on the LSE and Astana International Exchange (AIX)*
  • Underwriters in connection with the US$2 billion IPO of GDRs of Fix Price Group on the LSE and Moscow Exchange (MOEX)* 
  • Underwriters in connection with the US$250 million initial public offering (IPO) of ordinary shares by Renaissance Insurance Group on MOEX*
  • Underwriters in connection with the US$500 million IPO of United Medical Group CY PLC, a multidisciplinary premium-class healthcare services provider operating under the European Medical Center brand, on MOEX*
  • Underwriters in connection with the US$220 million IPO of American depositary shares (ADSs) of HeadHunter Group on Nasdaq*
  • Joint bookrunners in connection with the follow-on offerings of HeadHunter Group*
  • EN+ Group in connection with the US$1.5 billion IPO of GDRs on the LSE and MOEX*
