Walter Allen Perry, Jr. is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Perry represents public and private companies in complex commercial litigation matters. He also assists our clients in matters related to anti-corruption compliance and government bid protests. He advises clients on a variety of transactions within a range of industries, including networking technologies and property management.

Mr. Perry maintains an active pro bono practice, representing public schools on a variety of issues.

Mr. Perry’s previous experience servicing commercial loans for a community bank brings a unique perspective for his litigation clients.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Perry served as a law clerk for Judge David J. Hale of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky.
