Alizah Charaniya is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins.
Alizah maintains an active pro bono practice, working alongside various organizations such as Human Rights First, Sanctuary For Families, International Refugee Assistance Project, and the New York Legal Assistance Group.
Prior to joining Latham full-time, Alizah was a summer associate in the New York office, served as a Public Interest Fellow at Sanctuary for Families, and was a Pro Bono Scholar at the Dallas County Public Defender’s Office. While in law school, Alizah served as an editor on the Cornell Law Review and president of the South Asian Law Students Association.
