• The senior creditors committee in relation to the rescue financing and subsequent c. €2.9 billion debt and equity restructuring of Swissport, a global aviation services business headquartered in Switzerland
• The syndicate of initial purchasers in relation to the banking elements of the issuance of €250 million senior secured notes by Drax Finco PLC, a leading UK based energy and power generating company
• A European private equity sponsor, as English advisor in relation to a series of financings for a leading provider of testing, inspection, certification, and compliance services headquartered in the Netherlands, post-acquisition from a US based private equity firm
•  A group of lenders on a super senior basis, in connection to a GBP super senior revolving credit facility to a leading UK based electrical power generation group
• The additional facility lender, as English advisor on certain additional facilities provided to Evernex Group, a multi vendor IT hardware and Third party Maintenance company based in France
• A group of US based lenders, as Australian advisor in connection to a first-lien Term Loan B financing to fund KKR’s acquisition of Arnotts Biscuits and related companies, Australia's largest producer of biscuits and the second-largest supplier of snack food, from Campbell Soup Company*
