Alex Harvey is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.

Ms. Harvey advises clients on a variety of corporate transactions in connection with debt and equity securities offerings.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Harvey completed her legal studies at the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was on the editorial board of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal. She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University.

Ms. Harvey maintains an active pro bono practice, providing legal advice to individuals from underprivileged backgrounds in partnership with the University House Legal Advice Centre and Royal Courts of Justice Advice Bureau. 

Ms. Harvey's experience includes advising:

  • The CABB group, a Permira-owned CDMO and fine chemistry manufacturer, in connection with its offering of €670 million senior secured floating rate notes and senior secured fixed rate notes
  • The syndicate of initial purchasers in the issuance of €600 million senior secured notes by the Energia group, a leading Irish utility focused on renewable energy and technology
