Ajay Sundar is a corporate associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins.

Mr. Sundar advises emerging companies in the technology, healthcare, and life sciences industries on:

  • Corporate governance
  • Corporate finance
  • Venture investment
  • Formation and startup matters

He also advises public and private companies and private equity funds on mergers and acquisitions.

As part of his pro bono practice, Mr. Sundar has counseled non-profits on obtaining and maintaining 501(c)3 status and represented minors in guardian ad litem cases.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Sundar was a summer law clerk in the Office of the Administrative Law Judges at the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission in Washington, D.C.
