• Platinum Equity on the €2 billion financing of the acquisition of Spanish waste management company Urbaser 
• Fertiberia, a leading fertilizer and industrial products manufacturer, on the issuance of senior secured bonds in both the Nordic Capital Market and Frankfurt Open Market, for an initial amount of €125 million extendable up to a maximum of €225 million
• The lenders to the consortium of Advent, Cinven, and RAG Foundation on the bank and bond financing for their €17.2 billion acquisition of ThyssenKrupp's Elevator Technology business
• Global chemical company Venator in connection with the issuance of US$225 million in aggregate principal amount of 9.5% senior secured notes due 2025
• Macquarie in the financing of the acquisition of an optical fibre network from MásMóvil, Spain’s fourth largest telecoms operator, for €219 million
• The Carlyle Group in the financing of the acquisition of 37.4% of Spain-based oil and gas conglomerate, Compañía Española de Petróleos, S.A.U. (Cepsa) from Mubadala Investment Company
• The lenders on the financing of BC Partners’ acquisition of Pronovias 
• The lenders on the €750 million refinancing of Parques Reunidos group previous to its IPO, involving several jurisdictions 
• The lenders on the post-IPO financing of Euskaltel and on the financing for the acquisition of R Cable (Spanish Deal of the Year by GlobalCapital Loan Awards 2015) 
• Nordic Capital in relation to the financing for its acquisition of Lindorff Group AB, a leading pan-European credit management services provider  
• A financial entity in connection with a €200 million super senior revolving credit facility and the issuance of €435 million senior secured notes in connection with the refinancing of the Braas Monier Building Group
• A financial entity in connection with a €15 million super senior revolving credit facility and the issuance of €232 million senior secured notes in connection with the refinancing of the Spanish group Naviera Armas
