Aaron Bassett is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the firm’s Corporate Department.

Mr. Bassett advises clients on cross-border M&A, emerging companies, venture capital, joint ventures, and general corporate matters.

In addition to his corporate practice, Mr. Bassett is a member of the firm’s London Pro Bono Committee, leading and coordinating the firm’s pro bono program in London and across Europe.
