Heri Mwapachu is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Capital Markets Practice.
He advises clients on corporate transactions, primarily representing issuers and investment banks in connection with debt and equity offerings.
Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Mwapachu completed an LLM at Harvard Law School and was an associate at a leading law firm in Tanzania focusing on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance.
