Nicholas A. Reist

Nicholas Reist is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department and the Capital Markets Practice. 

Mr. Reist advises public and private issuers and investment banks primarily on corporate and securities matters in a range of capital markets transactions.

While attending law school, he served as an associate editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.
