Nicholas Reist is an associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Corporate Department.
Mr. Reist’s practice focuses on capital markets, general securities and corporate matters. He advises public and private issuers and investment banks on corporate and securities matters in a range of capital markets transactions. Mr. Reist’s experience also includes advising clients on public company reporting, securities laws and general corporate matters.
While attending law school, he served as an associate editor of the University of Toronto Faculty of Law Review.
