Latham Honored as City Firm of the Year

The Lawyer highlights the firm’s significant growth and transactional experience in London.

Latham & Watkins has been named City Firm of the Year at The Lawyer Awards 2020. The annual awards celebrate legal excellence presented by law firms, legal teams, and individuals in Europe.

The Lawyer commended Latham in particular for the firm’s “rapid growth” in London. The publication noted the firm’s role in a series of significant transactions over the last year, including Saudi Aramco’s initial public offering — the largest IPO in history — and EQT’s acquisition of Nestlé Skin Health. Latham was also shortlisted in the Finance Team of the Year category for advising on the Nestlé Skin Health acquisition.
