For the second consecutive year, Judith Hasko earned a spot on the prestigious list for her groundbreaking licensing work.

For her work devising transformational strategic licensing agreements for some of the world’s most innovative biotech and medical device companies, Silicon Valley partner and global Chair of Latham’s Life Sciences Licensing Group Judith Hasko has again been selected as among the “Women Leaders in Tech Law” by The Recorder

The annual list recognizes recent outstanding work by California-based lawyers whose practices focus on technology companies and issues. Honorees, which hail from all corners of law including legal firms, in-house and academia, were chosen for “handling deals that are reshaping the industry, cases that are setting new precedent, and navigating what can best be called a murky regulatory environment.”

Hasko broke ground for a number of life science companies this year, including developing novel, strategic licensing structures which are enabling biopharma companies to receive the critical funding and additional resources to further their life-saving innovations while maintaining substantial rights to the innovations developed under these agreements.
