Latham named “Most Innovative Law Firm of the Year.”

Latham & Watkins has been named the “Most Innovative Law Firm of the Year” and “Best International Firm for Women in the Middle East” at Euromoney Legal Media Group’s Women in Business Law Awards 2016. The annual awards honor law firms that have developed female-friendly policies, as well as women lawyers who are the forefront of their practice areas.

In addition, London Office Managing Partner Jay Sadanandan and Washington, D.C. partner Manu Gayatrinath were recognized for “Best in Banking & Finance” (Europe) and “Rising Star: Finance” (US), respectively. These awards were based primarily on their individual practice achievements, as well as advocacy and influence in their industry over the past year.

“Latham is excited to once again be honored by Euromoney for its efforts to support women and promote work/life balance. From our Women’s Leadership Academies to our global mentoring program to Diversity Leadership Academy, Latham will continue to implement policies that foster an atmosphere of diversity and inclusion at the firm and in the legal industry at large,” says Olivia Rauch-Ravisé, Global Co-Chair of the firm’s Women Enriching Business Committee.
