Latham & Watkins Named “Legal Adviser of The Year” for Americas and Europe At the TMT Awards

TMT Finance, a specialist news and business intelligence firm, awarded Latham & Watkins “Legal Adviser of the Year – Americas (Deal Volume)” and “Legal Adviser of the Year – Europe (Deal Volume)” at the TMT M&A Awards 2021. The firm was also honored for its advisory role on “Digital Infrastructure Deal of the Year – Asia.” The annual TMT Awards recognize the biggest deals and dealmakers in M&A, investment, and finance in the telecoms, media, and technology (TMT) sectors and are judged by a highly experienced panel of TMT, finance, and advisory professionals.
