Lone Star Legal Aid

October 25, 2019

Lone Star Legal Aid recognized Latham’s Houston office for its pro bono work, presenting the firm with its Pro Bono Law Firm Award for the fifth year in a row. In addition, Houston associate Lexi Udeh was honored with the Most Cases Handled Award.

Since 1948 Lone Star Legal Aid has provided free legal services to low-income and underserved populations in the Houston area. The continued partnership has allowed Latham to make important contributions to the community by helping Houstonians with estate planning documents, including wills, powers of attorney and medical directives.

“Thank you to Lone Star Legal Aid for the incredible work you do in our community. Pro bono work is an important part of Latham’s culture and we are proud to continue supporting you in your mission.” said Tim Fenn, Houston Office Managing Partner.
