Latham & Watkins has again been recognized among a select group of law firms “delivering the absolute best client service” in an independent survey BTI Consulting Group conducted of more than 330 general counsel and leading legal decision makers across industry sectors. The annual report commends Latham and 30 high-ranking firms as BTI’s Client Service “A-Team” 2017 for excellence in a series of key attributes, ranging from understanding the client’s business and anticipating needs to providing the legal skills and breadth of services required to solve problems and find innovative solutions. Latham placed #6 in the current report and has consistently been featured in BTI’s surveys of corporate legal departments.
According to BTI Consulting, “Top legal decision makers are impressed by the firm’s industry groups and the knowledge these groups provide to clients. Clients report the firm brings better understanding of the risks and issues they face, which clearly represents an investment in the client.”
Corporate legal leaders quoted in the BTI report cited Latham’s “visionary leadership,” and one stated: “They value our time and continually exhibit understanding, clarity and overall engagement.”
