Adam Fovent advises clients on regulatory, compliance, and transactional issues relating to commodities, securities, and derivatives products. Mr. Fovent also has experience advising clients on regulatory aspects of fintech, cryptocurrency, and digital asset products and initiatives.

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Fovent was an associate in the financial institutions group of another leading New York law firm. He also previously served as tipstaff & researcher (judicial clerk) for Justice M J Beazley AO, then President of the New South Wales Court of Appeal.
