Monica White advises a full spectrum of financial institutions and companies on capital markets transactions at all stages of the business lifecycle.

Ms. White advises investment banks, as well as public and private companies in the energy, technology, and healthcare industries, on capital markets transactions, including:

  • Initial public offerings, including special purpose acquisition companies (SPACs)
  • High yield and investment grade debt offerings
  • Follow-on equity offerings
  • Complex liability management transactions, such as exchange offers and tender offers

She also advises public companies on matters relating to corporate governance, Securities and Exchange Commission compliance, and stock exchange rules.

Ms. White guides clients using a commercial approach drawn from her significant experience with complex transactions. She excels at partnering with clients to develop creative strategies and solutions to navigate economic cycles and market uncertainty.

  • Underwriters in Alpha Healthcare Acquisition Corp. III’s initial public offering
  • Vertiv Holdings in an underwritten secondary offering of 20 million shares of common stock
  • Underwriters in Brigham Minerals’ underwritten secondary offering of nearly 4.4 million shares of common stock
  • Underwriters in Spartan Acquisition Corp. III’s initial public offering

  • Hess Infrastructure Partners and Hess Infrastructure Partners Finance Corporation in the private placement of US$800 million in senior notes
