Lex Kuo is a counsel in Latham & Watkins’ Technology Transaction Practice and Entertainment, Sports & Media Practice with a focus on Greater China.

Mr. Kuo has substantive experience advising clients on regulatory projects and transactions relating to technology, intellectual property, cybersecurity, and data privacy, including:

  • Technology and intellectual property licensing
  • Cybersecurity and data protection assessments and trainings
  • Global terms of services and privacy policies
  • New media content licensing agreements
  • Game and e-sport transactions, including advising on the full life cycle of legal matters facing a gaming company in China

Mr. Kuo also advises Chinese and international entertainment and media clients, including producers, distributors, and financiers of motion pictures and other content, on a variety of matters within Greater China, including:
