Winston Stromberg, a land use and environmental partner, advises major real estate, energy, and infrastructure project developers on land use entitlements, environmental approvals, and related litigation.

Mr. Stromberg advises clients in a wide range of industries on a broad spectrum of projects in California, including:

Mr. Stromberg’s cross-disciplinary approach helps clients through the complete life cycle of a project, from initial concept and diligence to obtaining land use entitlements and environmental approvals from local, state, and federal agencies. As an experienced litigator, he has successfully defended and prosecuted numerous land use and environmental disputes in trial and appellate courts. He leverages the real estate component of his practice to draft and negotiate agreements to successfully implement projects.
