Natalie Rogers is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins 

Ms. Rogers' practice is focused on complex environmental litigation and matters involving compliance with, and challenges to, environmental and land-use regulations and entitlements.

She has represented clients in connection with:

  • Toxic tort and products liability cases in state and federal courts
  • Infrastructure and development projects   
  • Counseling clients on environmental and land-use laws, including the California Environmental Quality Act   
  • Actions before agencies such as the California Public Utilities Commission, California State Lands Commission, California Coastal Commission, and various municipal and local agencies
  • Challenges to and defenses of commercial projects throughout California in state administrative and judicial proceedings

While in law school, Ms. Rogers served as a member of the San Diego Law Review and the Appellate Moot Court Executive Board. As part of the Appellate Moot Court Executive Board, she competed in the National Moot Court Competition hosted by the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Capital Child Welfare Moot Court Competition. Ms. Rogers was honored as the seventh best oral advocate out of the 52 competitors participating in the Capital Child Welfare Competition. Ms. Rogers also externed for Judge Thomas J. Whelan of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California.
