James Erselius is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins. While in law school, Mr. Erselius was an editor of the Human Rights Law Review and was recognized as a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. Mr. Erselius also served as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York.
