Linda Inscoe, a partner and former Global Co-Chair of the Employment Law Practice, advises clients on complex employment law matters related to their ongoing business and strategic transactions.

Ms. Inscoe represents clients at all stages of the business lifecycle, from emerging companies to global market leaders. She handles clients’ needs in the areas of compliance, pre-litigation counseling and employee management, as well as employment diligence aspects of transactions.

She draws on extensive experience as a litigator to guide her clients to pre-dispute and other early resolutions. She frequently publishes thought leadership on current employment topics. As a key member of transaction teams, she assesses the risk of pending litigation and provides guidance on compliance and strategic employment decisions.
