Diversity Leadership Academy

Our award-winning Diversity Leadership Academy is a multi-day, in-person professional development program for law students and mid-level associates who self-identify as diverse or otherwise have a strong interest in diversity. Women’s Leadership Academy

Our award-winning Women’s Leadership Academy provides tailored training for senior women attorneys in the areas of leadership, communication, self-promotion and business development. In addition, the Academy builds a strong community and invaluable support networks among our women associates and the women partners who participate as faculty.

Mentoring

Our global mentoring program provides all first-year and new lateral associates with a senior attorney mentor to ensure that new associates have the support they need to successfully integrate at the firm. Many of our offices also provide expanded mentoring programs for associates through their fifth years of practice to facilitate department and practice group integration. Through our signature mentoring video series we are pleased to share words of wisdom on a variety of topics from our partners around the globe.

Reduced Pace & PRO-RATA

To support flexible working, we make a number of reduced pace arrangements available to our attorneys. Our Pace Reduction Option for Returning Associates to Adjust (PRO-RATA) program helps associates transition back to work from a parental care leave by relieving them of the immediate pressure of full-time billable hour requirements. Under this program, associates returning from a parental leave have the automatic option to work at a reduced pace for six months.
