  • Licensing and implementation of core banking systems for major international banks
  • Software licensing, source code escrow, IP security assignments and open source licenses in various industries
  • Drafting and negotiation of numerous sales and supply agreements in various industries
  • Drafting of numerous standard terms and conditions in various industries, including online services, IT and cloud services, solar industry, biotech, travel
