Anchor
essentially a Blockchain-based signature that can be put into codes or physical products and cannot be removed or changed; verification of the Anchor is synonymous with verification of the authenticity of the product. An Anchor can be a microchip or an optical code, and can be used to reduce counterfeit goods or trace stolen goods.

Zone of Insolvency

When a previously solvent Borrower gets close to insolvency, the courts have held that the board of directors’ fiduciary duties morph to include the Borrower’s creditors. Prior to entering the Zone of Insolvency, Borrowers do not owe their creditors any fiduciary duties.
