Wesley Holmes is a partner in the Boston and New York offices of Latham & Watkins. Mr. Holmes is a member of the Corporate Department and the Capital Markets, Private Equity Finance, and Public Company Representation Practices.

Mr. Holmes has significant experience in private and public securities offerings, general public company representation, and private equity finance. He represents both public and private companies in the life sciences, technology, media and telecommunications, and industrials sectors and has extensive experience representing investment banks in equity offerings and high-yield debt financings and restructurings. He also represents both private equity funds and companies in buyout and acquisition transactions and counsels public companies regarding their public reporting obligations, corporate governance matters, and other issues related to public company status.
