Tina C. Jeon

Tina C. Jeon is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins, advising clients on capital markets, general securities, and corporate governance matters.

Ms. Jeon represents financial institutions, issuers, private equity, and corporate clients in a variety of equity and debt capital markets, corporate governance, and general securities matters, including initial public offerings, SPAC offerings and post-IPO training, high yield and investment grade debt offerings, distressed exchange offers and consent solicitations, cross-border transactions, acquisition financings, and public and private equity offerings.

While attending law school at Northwestern University, Ms. Jeon worked as the executive director of a tech startup, and is currently a guest lecturer for US and international law school courses focused on the intersection of technical innovation, public relations, and the law.

Prior to law school, Ms. Jeon was a director at Publicis Groupe, notably working in-country with the Government of the Republic of Fiji during its democratic transition. She has also run national campaigns for children’s cancer charities.
