Termé Tabatabai is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Structured Finance & Securitization Practice.

Ms. Tabatabai has particular experience with collateralised loan obligation transactions (CLOs). She represents a number of leading global CLO managers, investment funds, and bank arrangers.

Ms. Tabatabai maintains an active pro bono practice. Prior to joining Latham, she spent several months working at the Office of Capital Defense in Jackson, Mississippi. Ms. Tabatabai worked with clients on death row who were in the process of appealing their convictions, as well as assisting clients due to face trial for capital murder.
 

Ms. Tabatabai’s experience includes advising:
