Steve Ahn is a corporate associate in the New York office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions and Private Equity Practices.

Mr. Ahn advises companies and private equity firms across a range of industries in domestic and cross-border transactions, including:

  • General corporate matters, including corporate governance and activism defense

Prior to joining Latham, Mr. Ahn was a mergers and acquisitions associate in the New York office of another leading international law firm.

While in law school, Mr. Ahn served as articles editor for the Cornell Law Review and authored an article in the Dispute Resolution Journal on U.S. arbitration practices within the National Football League.

Mr. Ahn maintains an active pro bono practice, representing nonprofit organizations and individuals on general corporate and asylum matters, respectively.
