Stephanie Postal is an associate in the San Diego office of Latham & Watkins.

Before joining Latham, Ms. Postal clerked for Chief Justice Mark E. Recktenwald of the Hawai‘i Supreme Court from 2016-2017. She also served as a law clerk at the California Department of Justice and the United States Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division. While in law school, Ms. Postal served as an executive editor and the books & research editor for the Ecology Law Quarterly, president of the Environmental Law Society, and panel co-chair for the California Water Law Symposium.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Postal worked for 15 years as a hardware design engineer, modeling, validating, and evaluating the performance of microprocessors and servers. She also led a hands-on project to introduce sixth grade girls to electrical engineering and careers in STEM.
