  • Nationwide Accident Repairs PLC on its successful takeover offer for Just Car Clinics PLC
  • J.P. Morgan Cazenove, UBS Investment Bank, Barclays Bank PLC, and Numis Securities Limited in connection with the £354 million initial public offering, admission of Ibstock PLC on the premium segment of the Official List, and trading on the main market of the London Stock Exchange
