Signa Mahung is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins.

While in law school, Ms. Mahung served as a managing editor of events for the Harvard Civil Rights – Civil Liberties Journal.

In addition, Ms. Mahung interned for Judge Liam O’Grady on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Mahung earned her AB from Harvard College, and was a Fulbright Scholar to Brazil, where she served as an English Teaching Assistant at the Federal University of Piauí. Ms. Mahung maintains an active pro bono practice focused on immigration.
