Sherryn Buehlmann is an associate in the London office of Latham & Watkins and a member of the Financial Institutions Industry Group.

Ms. Buehlmann advises market infrastructure providers and financial institutions (including investment firms, broker dealers, and investment managers) on a range of domestic and cross-border regulatory issues. She has particular experience in European regulatory developments (such as MiFID II, MAR, and EMIR), Brexit planning, and the FCA’s Conduct of Business Rules. Additionally, Ms. Buehlmann has contentious regulatory experience, which includes conducting internal investigations and representing clients in FCA and PRA investigations.

Prior to joining Latham, Ms. Buehlmann was an associate in the financial regulation group at a major international law firm. During this time, Ms. Buehlmann completed a secondment to a leading global investment bank.
